U.S. SHIPPING:

US orders are sent out locally to ensure the speediest delivery!

Our shipping time frames depend on where you are located. All orders are processed within 1 business day. If you place an order on Friday it will most likely not be processed until the following Monday. Keep this in mind if you are selecting the express or overnight shipping option. We aim to deliver all orders within 1-3 business days but for some areas outside of the USA, delivery can take up to 2 weeks. 

All orders ship via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail (P.O. Box and APO/FPO military addresses okay!)  Please allow 1-3 business days for delivery.  

We strongly recommend that you dispatch to a reliable address, Quad Lock is not responsible for lost/stolen orders.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We happily ship most items globally. Global shipping is expensive, so in order to save you a few bucks, we ship via USPS International Airmail. In our experience, this can take from 7-30+ days, so please be patient with our hardworking mail carriers.  Never the less, we are happy to arrange it if you can afford the freight.
